I really wanted to love Youfoodz, but after three separate delivery issues, I’ve had to cancel my subscription.
On three occasions my meals were delivered to the wrong address - despite me confirming and reconfirming my correct delivery details. Twice I had to personally travel to Wattle Park to collect my own food. While refunds and free shipping were offered, that doesn’t compensate for the time, petrol, and inconvenience of chasing down meals that should have been delivered correctly in the first place.
Mistakes happen - but repeated mistakes without proper resolution are not okay. It felt like the issue with the courier service was never actually addressed.
It’s disappointing because the meals themselves were good. But reliability matters.
