How It Works

Step 1 - Referral & Register

Once you receive a unique discount code for 14 free meals via text, complete the Youfoodz Meals for Mums Registration Form below and confirm your account via email.

Step 2 - Order Your Meals

Once you log in, select up to 14 of your favourite Youfoodz meals from our menu. Ensure your discount code is added at checkout. You may wish to add more meals, snacks or sides, but these will need to be covered out of pocket.

Step 3 - Enjoy

Your fresh, flavourful meals will be delivered to your doorstep ready for you to eat. If you would like to order again you can log in with your existing account. Check your emails for a special Meals for Mums ongoing discount code.

Frequently Asked Questions

Meals for Mums is a free service offered by White Cloud Foundation that delivers 14 nutritious meals to new and expecting mums living in Queensland experiencing perinatal anxiety and depression. The focus is on providing practical and essential support during a high-stress period, helping mums look after themselves while they care for their baby and family.

To be eligible, the mum needs to be residing in Queensland, in the perinatal period – pregnancy through to 12 months post-birth – and be at risk of, or experiencing perinatal anxiety or depression. 

The mum will need to be referred by a health care professional directly involved in their health care or welfare support. Details for the program can be found on the Meals for Mums section of the White Cloud Foundation website.

In addition to Meals for Mums, White Cloud Foundation offers a free, tele-mental health service to all people over the age of 18 living in Australia.  The aim is to provide easy, early access to clinical and practical support to improve mental health and wellbeing. White Cloud Foundation does not require a referral or Mental Health Plan - although will accept one if you have one - and can be accessed from wherever you live in Australia.  White Cloud Foundation is an accredited service provider, with the Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care.

Yes, you can order more than 14 meals. However these will need to be covered from your own pocket and are not supported by the Meals for Mums Program.

Yes, we would love for you to return and continue ordering your favourite Youfoodz meals after you've used your Meals for Mums voucher code. Simply log in using your existing account.
